Jill Ruby-Wahba, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (85894) and Registered Art Therapist (ATCB13-001) who provides therapy to children, teenagers and adults. She utilizes a combination of art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy to treat depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, self-esteem and relationship issues.

One of Jill’s primary techniques, Clinical Art Therapy, is a widely accepted treatment, demonstrated by studies to be an effective treatment technique for a diverse range of mental health issues including: trauma, depression, and anxiety. Art Therapy is especially beneficial for accessing and healing deeply rooted experiences and beliefs when conflict or pain is too great, or words are inaccessible.
